Join us for the final presentations of the Crafting Tech course at PoliTO, a hands-on course where students develop innovative ideas for emerging technologies. This year we've explored ideas from AI in conflicts to Brainstorming Agents. You'll not only hear bold, forward-thinking ideas but also have the opportunity to ask questions and engage directly with the students behind them.

4 Thought-Provoking Presentations in 3 Areas

1. Using AI to Rebuild War-Torn Nations

While AI has largely been applied to enhance combat capabilities, this project flips the script, exploring how AI can support post-conflict recovery, humanitarian aid, and peacebuilding. The team proposes a structured methodology for evaluating use cases, risks, and expert insights.

2. AI Intersectionality

AI risk isn't one-size-fits-all. This team simulates how diverse organizational perspectives, modeled through AI agents based on intersectionality theory, can uncover overlooked risks and promote more inclusive, grounded deliberation.

3. AI & Broken Morals

When organizations face ethical dilemmas, who decides what's right? This project simulates moral debate among virtual agents representing executives, engineers, and ethicists to identify internal misalignments, and suggests new tools to guide better ethical decision-making.
