Instructions
  • Organize checklist items by key themes from your review.
  • Each A3 sheet = one theme.
  • Checklist items displayed on each sheet.

V2 / Round 1

Workshop Feedback

Present your checklist to participants assigned to your group for Round 1. (You'll have other participants for Round 2.)

Participants Will
  • Be asked their engineering background, year level, prior experience with AI, and familiarity with the topic (and any other control variables the team decides).
  • Add Post-it notes with suggestions: revisions, additions, removals.
  • Use colored dots to mark items as easy or difficult to implement.
Setup
  • Each A3 sheet = one theme.
  • Checklist items displayed on each sheet.
Discussion Focus
  • Most important items.
  • Most challenging items.

Participants Will
